Its funny because BMW took an F1 car and created the M5 (with its marvelous high revving v10), Cadillac took an M5 and created the CTS-V, the Cadillac talked trash that it will put the M5 and M3 on the trailer. Why talk trash about the car you just used to create your own. Then RT pre-tested them both and the CTS-V won by a whole HALF a second,ponit is Cadillac has a very long way to go before they can trash talk ANY BMW. Oh and by the way this victory will be VERY short lived.

i work at the car plant and they have this flyer at the door where i go in and on the flyer this friday it had a picture of the new sts-v im not sure if they have it production yet or if they are thinking of puting it into production it could be a concept or somthing but my legs shook when i saw the pic lol but yeah i do agree with you but the cts-v really should be a m3 competitor otherwise why make the bigger sts in the firstplace do you sort of get what im trying to say??

No the CTS-V is a competitor to the M5 since its size and weight are very similar. I haven't heard about an sts-v where did you get that info from? There were some rumors about GM building a smaller caddy to battle the M3 but Im not sure about that one either.

the cts is a three series competitor not a 5 series thats the reaqson they have the sts which from what i heard the upcoming sts-v will have the same engine as the zr-1 corvette..so to get this straight the cts-v should be put up against the M3 NOT an M5 and the sts should be put up against an M5 not an M3.
