the rough start up noise is due to the car injecting oxygen into the exhaust to help clean up emissions

Did I mention the displacement is now 6.2L, just like the ZR1 engine? You know why? The 2009 CTS-V uses a detuned version of the ZR1 engine (and it still has 556 HP with an average of 20 MPG) |
